Delivery and payment

Our soft stuff can be sent to all EU countries or the rest of the world. We dispatch the goods within 6 working days of the order completion via the courier company. You will be informed about delivery of your goods by courier via a text message and e-mail. If you fail to take your order, you have the option to choose other types of delivery. Once again, you will receive an email or a text message with a link that will direct you to these options.

Your packages will be dispatched within 6* working days after our account has been credited by your payment by credit card or bank transfer, within 6 business days after the order has been confirmed for cash on delivery or upon receipt of payment via PayPal. We reserve the right to dispatch your goods even later, however, if the delivery time exceeds 10 working days, we will inform you about this delay and consult it with you. This condition is not valid during the advance sale and before Christmas*.

* In the advance sale period, the packages are dispatched at the specified date, after the end of the advance sale offer. Before Christmas, dispatch time can be extended to 10 working days. For more information visit our blog or check your order confirmation emails.

PAYPAL

PayPal can be linked to one or more payment cards that are enabled to process Internet payments. When you validate your PayPal payment card, you need to enter information about your credit card, such as card type, card number, expiration date, and so on. PayPal then debits the card by the charge which is refunded as a bonus on the first payment. The account statement associated with the card will state in the payment details a 4-digit code which you need to enter in PayPal to confirm the payment card on PayPal. If the card is confirmed on PayPal, the sum to be paid will be withdrawn from the PayPal balance. In case PayPal balance is not sufficient, the company will charge it on the certified payment card.
